REPORT Updates:
A. Missed Visits - this report is new and located in the Statistical section. The report lists all visits within the date range selected that have been marked as missed / canceled with the reason and action taken. Also includes the Contract and Physician if notification of missed visits is required.
B. Compliance Reports and Medical Report - located under Employee. The "Status" filter has been updated to include all status for the Employee (Active, Inactive, Pending, Hold, Applicant and Terminated). The "Results" filter has been updated to include all applicable results for the specific compliance items included in the "Type".
C. Patient General Info Report has been updated to include Service START Date and Service END Date - meaning last day serviced or had a completed visits.
D. Employee Supervision Report - this is a new report under Employee Reports. The report pulls the history of Supervisions completed. The date filter pulls based on the Date the Supervision was done (not when it expires if applicable). You can also filter by the type of Supervision under the "Supervision" filter.
E. CHRC Check Report has been updated to allow multi-selection of filter items such as Department or Result.
2. TAL Changes -- Under - Emergency- Transportation Assistance Level - updates were made to align with NY State DOH Guidelines. Any client currently who has a TAL 1 with the update will have a TAL 1: Non-Ambulatory - Stretcher transportation assistance level.
3. EVV Dashboard Update: Filters have been added to the EVV Calendar Dashboard (DASHBOARD) to be able to limit by Coordinator and / or by Visit Status. The Dashboard will now include all scheduled visits for easier identification of missed-in visits or missed visits. This is the first of several enhancement planned for the dashboard all with the goal of making visit management more streamlined and efficient.
4. In-Service Workflow - we are so excited to announce a new feature in Visiting Aid to assist with those who conduct in-house in-services. This is the first phase of the in-service module. Via this module you can:
a. Create a class list.
b. Print an Attendance Record to use during the class / in-service.
c. Mark who attended and auto populate the in-service completion on the individual employee's compliance record.
d. Print Certificate of completion for each class / in-service.

5. Making a Coordination INACTIVE. Based on feedback from several of our users - we have added a feature to make a Coordinator inactive. If a coordinator is no longer needed and you do not want the coordinator name to show as a choice when selecting a coordiantor on the patient level - then go to COORDINATOR in the Admin section - Edit and click the "Deactivate" button. Any history of visits tied to this coordinator remain intake but the name will no longer be visible for selection.
6. Onboarding Module Updates:
A. SETTINGS - for each Template set up in Process Management there is a new tab called Settings where the Agency can control if DOB, SSN and /
or Gender for the applicant is a required field or not.
B. QR CODE: is now available per onboarding template and agency that can be downloaded and then uploaded to the agency’s website for a potential caregiver to initiate the application process. On the website – the caregiver will use their camera on their phone to open the link to initiate an application – completing their name, DOB, email address, and phone number at minimum. Once they save a new link is sent to their email to complete the onboarding template.

7. Holiday Rule Set Reminder - it is that time of year again to think about adding your next year's Holidays to the system. A FAQ under Payroll has been added with a refresher on how to add Holidays. Link: Payroll FAQ - Holidays
